So we want a major event for dag on the west coast, we started to find appropriate areas.............now what do we want to do.

If I want to set up an event, what steps do i take....
I really want to have something in place before I die here....

Don't quote me, but from what I've seen:

Get an idea, find a place, think of themes and types of battles/competitions that will be held. Think of rewards for winners, then get the word out.

I'm pretty certain that's how it goes.
